■ Job Description:

• Monitor cross-border logistics operations with a strong focus on improving cost efficiency.
• Manage 3PL logistics vendors in Korea and Japan by ensuring service quality and tracking agent KPIs.
• Drive enhancements in end-to-end logistics processes by analyzing data, identifying operational bottlenecks, and executing improvement initiatives to deliver tangible business impact.
• Effectively communicate with external partners on new logistics processes and policy changes.

■ Requirement: 

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Fast learner with high adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Solid skills in data management and analysis, especially with MS Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience, particularly in logistics, operations, or data analysis, will be considered an advantage.
